"Tadley Airport Solution," "we," or "us" denotes the service-providing company, while "you" and "your" encompass individuals, businesses, or companies making bookings with us.

2. Booking

2.1 Ensure ample time for your journey, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in times. We are not liable for delays resulting from insufficient time allocation or unpreparedness at the designated pick-up time.

2.2 Select a car size suitable for passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee excessive luggage accommodation, and each child is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Request wheelchair access during booking if required.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Quotations are based on the information you provide. Prices, excluding VAT, may change with material itinerary alterations.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and airport parking costs. Exceeding this waiting time incurs standard waiting rates.

3.3 Confirm the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify errors absolves Tadley Airport Solution of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payment options include cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 Passenger behavior is your responsibility. Soiling, damaging, or negatively impacting the vehicle may incur cleaning charges.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the car.

4.3 Properly restrain children in the car based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We adhere to licensed passenger limits.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Contact us promptly for cancellations. Charges apply post-dispatch based on driver distance and time.

5.2 Online booking cancellations pre-dispatch may incur charges.

6. Liability

6.1 Tadley Airport Solution is not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is carried at your risk.

6.3 Alternative cars will be provided in case of breakdowns.

6.4 You indemnify Tadley Airport Solution for expenses arising from your party's actions.

6.5 Liability limitations apply, as per applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate a booking instantly if any risk is posed to a vehicle or driver. No refunds for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 We may subcontract obligations, while you cannot transfer your rights or obligations.

8.2 Tadley Airport Solution can modify terms and conditions, with existing bookings honored at the time of booking.

8.3 We adhere to the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Tadley Airport Solution and yourself.

8.5 No third-party benefits unless agreed in writing.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims after this period will not be entertained by Tadley Airport Solution.
