2.2 Select a car size suitable for passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee excessive luggage accommodation, and each child is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Request wheelchair access during booking if required.
3.1 Quotations are based on the information you provide. Prices, excluding VAT, may change with material itinerary alterations.
3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and airport parking costs. Exceeding this waiting time incurs standard waiting rates.
3.3 Confirm the booking confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify errors absolves Tadley Airport Solution of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payment options include cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 Passenger behavior is your responsibility. Soiling, damaging, or negatively impacting the vehicle may incur cleaning charges.

5. Cancellations
5.1 Contact us promptly for cancellations. Charges apply post-dispatch based on driver distance and time.
5.2 Online booking cancellations pre-dispatch may incur charges.

8.5 No third-party benefits unless agreed in writing.
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims after this period will not be entertained by Tadley Airport Solution.
